Position: Installation Technician
Responsibilities:
• Change-out systems in residential and commercial applications
• Install ductless heat pump systems
• Occasional new construction rough-in on residential and commercial projects
• Trim out systems and perform start-ups on new construction projects
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-yrs residential/light commercial installation experience
• High moral and ethical values
• EPA certified
• Team player
• Familiar with heat pump and gas/electric splits and package systems, ductless mini/multi splits
• Clean driving record
Position: HVAC Service Technician
Responsibilities:
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on occasion
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on rotating basis
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• High moral and ethical values
• Team player
• 3-5 years residential/light commercial experience
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Familiar with heat pump and gas/electric splits and package systems, ductless mini/multi splits
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Clean driving record
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
